Mango-pineapple sorbet is an explosion of tropical flavors, combining the sweetness of mango and the light acidity of pineapple. Perfect for a sunny day or when you're craving something exotic and refreshing!

Ingredients :
- 150g of mango (fresh or frozen)
- 150g of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 4 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)
- 100 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the fruit.
If you're using fresh fruit, peel the mango and pineapple, then cut them into pieces. If you're using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly before blending. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, add the mango and pineapple pieces, water, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend well until smooth and homogeneous. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a perfectly smooth, tropical sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of liquid (such as water or pineapple juice) to adjust the consistency.

My Personal Tip:
This sorbet is delicious with pieces of fresh fruit or a squeeze of lime juice for an even more refreshing touch. If you want to add some crunch, toasted coconut flakes or chopped pistachios will do the trick perfectly!
