Combination: Mimosa with Orange Ice Cream and Prosecco

  1. Gently place a small scoop of orange ice cream in a champagne flute.
  2. Fill the rest of the flute with chilled Prosecco. The ice will melt slowly into the Prosecco, adding a touch of intense orange and a smooth texture.

This iced mimosa is a festive, refreshing, and lightly sweetened cocktail. As the orange ice cream melts, it gently infuses the Prosecco, and each sip becomes a sparkling and fruity delight. Enjoy it at your next brunch for a unique and chic moment!
