A simple and delicious sorbet recipe with the Ninja Creami machine

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and pitted
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3 shots water

Instructions

  • In the saucepan, mix the water and caster sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the simple syrup from the heat and let it cool.
  • Next, blend the peaches until smooth in the blender or food processor.
  • Mix together the peach puree, cooled simple syrup and lemon juice.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the Sorbet option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the 3 shots of water and run a re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy texture.

Notes

  • Depending on the sweetness of the peaches, adjust the sweetness by adjusting the amount of sugar. Sweeten with the sweetening agent of your choice: brown sugar, agave syrup, maple syrup, sweetener…
  • If you like, you can add a touch of cinnamon or a hint of amaretto to enhance the peach flavor.
