Ingredients :

  • 200g of ricotta cheese (for a nice creamy texture)

Preparation :

  1. Mix the ricotta-feta base.
    In a bowl, combine the ricotta, crumbled feta, cream, and olive oil. If you prefer an ultra-smooth texture, feel free to blend everything.     Once the 24 hours have passed, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and start the "Ice Cream" . A few minutes later, you'll have a wonderfully smooth ice cream with this unique blend of almond, feta, and olives.
  5. Respin Tip:
    If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the Respin to make it creamier. For an even softer texture, add a drizzle of olive oil or a little cream.
