Ingredients
400g of ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded
30 grams of sugar
Juice of one lemon
4 sprigs of fresh basil (according to your taste)
2 shots of a liquid of your choice (to improve the texture at the end) water, lemon juice, tomato juice.
Instructions
- In a blender, blend the tomatoes until you obtain a smooth puree.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice and basil leaves to the tomato puree. Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a sieve to keep only the juice.
- Pour the mixture directly into the Ninja Creami container.
- Close the lid of the Ninja Creami and place the container in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Once the mixture is completely frozen, take it out of the freezer and attach it to the Ninja Creami.
- Blend with the Sorbet option.
- At the end of the cycle, add two shots of your chosen liquid to improve the texture. Run another spin cycle until you reach the desired consistency.
